The one thing that all of us can agree on is that 2020 has been one year that everyone would love to forget. Between the global Coronavirus pandemic, political upheavals, and other unexpected difficulties sprung upon us all at once, 2020 is a year like no other.
However, now that you see the light at the end of the pandemic tunnel as you see the development in vaccines, there is a reason to become optimistic and hopeful. I had a feeling that even with the vaccines out, the pandemic would likely last until next summer. It would take it for a while to wipe away. That is why I decided to one night recently to do the horoscope tarot spread, asking when the Coronavirus will end in 2021.
The horoscope tarot spread will look at how each month appears over the next 12 months, starting from Aries season (March 21st) of 2021 up until Pisces season of 2022 (March 20th). I chose that particular spread because anyone will pretty much realize that not much progress will happen regarding the decline of the pandemic until the end of March. That is when the vaccines will likely be available to everyone in most areas around the world. So, let’s take a look at what I found for each month in the spread.
Aries (March 21st to April 19th) The Hermit
The Hermit came up during Aries season of next year. That suggests that people will still be social distancing and that restrictions will be in place. I feel that will be the case for some time, even after this point. However, my feeling is that you will not see too much of a decline of the Coronavirus cases in March up to late April. The general public may be starting to get their immunizations at this time. However, it does take time to take effect. That suggests that, unfortunately, we will still be in the same boat even at this point.
Taurus (April 20th to May 20th) Four of Wands
Taurus season has an excellent look to it based on the Four of Wands. That is the celebratory card. The weather will also be nice so that people will be socializing and having parties outdoors, which is a significant change from the Hermit status that indicates Aries season. However, my feeling is that you will start to see the Coronavirus cases drastically drop. The end of the pandemic is near, and that is an excellent reason to begin to celebrate.
Gemini (May 21st to June 20th) Page of Cups
The Page of Cups represents Gemini season. Based on the fact that Taurus season looked positive regarding seeing the end to the pandemic, this is the time to start dreaming of what to do during the summer, which you couldn’t do during the summer of 2020. Creative ideas for holidays and vacations will come to you. You are closer to the light at the end of the tunnel, which means you can dream and have the confidence that it will come true.
Cancer (June 21st to July 22nd) Ace of Wands
Another encouraging tarot card to see as, during Cancer season, the Ace of Wands shows up. The Ace of Wands encourages you to pursue your dreams (that showed up in Gemini season) and live your passion. You may wonder if you are doing the right thing by buying concert or event tickets or planning that vacation – the Ace of Wands reassures you that you are! Even if you already purchased them in the past, you can go ahead and enjoy it! You will not need to cancel anything. The end of the pandemic is nearing, so you can begin to get a taste of normalcy.
Leo (July 23rd to August 22nd) High Priestess
Well, the fact that I sensed that the pandemic would end during the summer shows that my intuition was right. The Coronavirus pandemic will end sometime during Leo season. That does not mean the Coronavirus itself is non-existent. It just means that there is enough herd immunity from the mix of people being vaccinated and having the antibodies from recovery; the pandemic will be over at this point.
The High Priestess showed up for Leo season because it confirms that my intuition was right all along about the pandemic ending during the summer sometime. Therefore, according to this reading, the specific time to expect to see an end to this is from late July to late August.
Virgo (August 23rd to September 22nd) Nine of Swords
For the last several months, festive cards showed up. And suddenly, for Virgo season, the Nine of Swords, which is the nightmare card, shows up. I do not believe it has anything to do with the pandemic returning. I think it represents the opposite. You will be euphoric during the summer because of the pandemic ending, and you can take your vacations that you could not take in 2020.
However, at this point, school starts for kids, and reality hits as the world is productive again. You will be anxious and scared and facing post-pandemic stress and worries during Virgo season. The fact that you have been away from normalcy for over a year is why you are anxious about resuming it. The Nine of Swords represents post-pandemic anxiety and stress.
Libra (September 23rd to October 22nd) Queen of Cups
I pulled the Queen of Cups for the Libra season next year. Given that people will have plenty of anxiety, they will encourage them to reach out to friends, trusted family members, and therapists. They need someone to listen to them with a caring and compassionate heart. And people who are struggling will also do the same for their friends and loved ones struggling. Your friends may even confide in you as well about their post-pandemic struggles and feelings of fear and anxiety.
Scorpio (October 23rd to November 21st) The Tower
Whenever the Tower comes up, that means trouble. Does it mean the pandemic will return? Unlikely. I am strongly sensing that those suffering from post-pandemic stress will face unexpected situations that will stress them even more during the Scorpio season. That is why I pulled the Tower.
The Tower either shows up before or after your world turns upside down. That card describes the year 2020 very well. The Tower also represents how life can be after an earth-shaking event. Scorpio season marks a time in 2021 when you will feel plenty of grief and sadness. You know it is a time when the holidays are around the corner. It is hitting you hard and unexpectedly that you will not be spending time with those who you lost from Coronavirus or other causes over the past year.
Sagittarius (November 22nd to December 23rd) Three of Wands
Here is a card representing something positive during the Sagittarius season after the bleak ones I pulled for the earlier fall months. The Three of Wands represents expansion and finding new opportunities. That card can indicate travel and broadening your horizons in general. That makes me think of several things. People are either going on vacations to warmer spots or making plans to do so. That is something once again that they could not do during the holiday season of 2020.
The Three of Wands also encourages you to dream big and to move beyond anything that limits you. I feel that there is a reason for optimism for 2022 since the pandemic will be well behind you. Therefore, you can confidently feel you can make plans for the new year, and the chances are it will work out. That is unless unrelated issues crop up and can get in the way of your goals.
Capricorn (December 22nd to January 19th) Four of Cups
The Four of Cups represents boredom, contemplation, and apathy. My feeling is that this card represents the winter blues and blahs, especially once the holidays are over. However, people might be thinking about how the year went as New Year’s Eve approaches. People might be trying to process the intensity of 2021. The year starts with a raging pandemic that began in 2020, and it ends with ‘normal life.’ That is a lot to process, the same way it was a lot of process in 2020 when the pandemic suddenly emerged.
Aquarius (January 20th to February 18th) Eight of Cups
The Eight of Cups is one of those cards that makes you want to scream ‘I’m over it.’ That can be the result of winter blues. The Eight of Cups can also represent the need to escape a situation that brings up a lot of emotional turmoil. Perhaps you are still dealing with plenty of post-pandemic stress or trauma that you don’t want to face. You got away from it during the holiday distractions. Yet, now during the blandest time of year, you are faced with it again. You don’t want to face it and pretend it doesn’t exist.
Another possibility that this card brings is that you lost your sense of joy. You got away from hobbies and interests that brought you happiness. You will want to know what can bring you a sense of fun and contentment again. That will be a time to explore that.
Pisces (February 19th to March 20th) King of Wands
There is nothing more confident than the King of Wands. That is the card that shows up during Pisces season in 2022. At this time, you will see what you had survived and conquered, and this card reminds you that you know what you can accomplish, even during times of adversity. You’ll have an easier time seeing the big picture anytime a problem emerges. That is a time when you may have a new vision and set your goals accordingly.
Everyone can agree that 2020 has been one traumatic and challenging year that people would like to forget in the future. However, based on the horoscope tarot spread I drew up, there is a reason for optimism in the new year. The reading shows this being the case for Canada, the USA, the UK, and Europe. The rest of the world, that is still unknown. Unfortunately, you know that you will be going into the new year as the pandemic continues to rage, but in the middle of the year is when it comes to an end. However, post-pandemic life presents its challenges as well, and you will get through it like you are getting through the current challenges you are facing.
