Virgo are the general pragmatists and dependable realists. Sometimes the ideas and intents behind the actions of the employees do not matter to them as much as the results. They aim at high popularity, and Libra bosses focus on being well appreciated in the work environment. This often undermines their efforts as well as they may focus more on their gratification. Scorpio bosses are very serious individuals. They are extremely dedicated to the success of the company. They set very high expectations and standards for their employees. Sagittarius are not always well suited for their role of a boss due to a higher degree of dependence. Capricorn have very dominant personalities so as a boss, they expect to be obeyed without question. There is no way they would let anyone else undermine their ultimate authority. They are not necessarily hungry for advancement, but they prefer to hang onto the position of power as long as they can.

11. Aquarius (January 21-February 19)

Cons: impatient, erratic, elusive

Style of management: immediate, unpredictable, ungovernable

There are very few Aquarius bosses because an Aquarius does not necessarily prefer to be one. They have an erratic and impulsive behavior which leads to a general disinterest in holding authority over others. However, they are fun to work with, and they treat their employees generously.

12. Pisces (February 20-March 20)

Pros: affluent, fluid, empathic

Cons: easily manipulated, oversensitive, overprotective

Style of management: relaxed, adaptable, influential

Pisces are thought to be bad at money management. They are known to be relaxed and very indecisive when it comes to business management. Sometimes a piece can make an excellent boss as they protect the integrity of the company and all the employees working for them.
