How to Use your 5th Chakra: Vishuddha Chakra

Using your Vishuddha chakra will help you draw luck to you and enhance your creativity.

Luck is ready to be seized all around you, to improve your life, achieve your goals, lead a fulfilling life, etc.

Nevertheless, you should not simply wait for it to happen, but you need to make your own luck by drawing it to you, through stimulation – for example – of your Vishuddha chakra.

  • Move to a quiet place that you like where no one will disturb you.
  • Sit down on a chair in a comfortable position, with your back straight, hands flat on your thighs, palms turned up to the sky.
  • Close your eyes and focus on your abdominal breathing. Start breathing in through the nose while inflating your abdomen, then block the air for 2 to 3 seconds. Then breathe out through the mouth by contracting your abdomen and block your breathing for 2 to 3 seconds.
  • Repeat this cycle of abdominal breathing for 5 minutes or 50 full abdominal breathing cycles in a row (at a pace of 10 cycles per minute).
  • By the end of this exercise, you should feel less tension, less anxiety, less fear, and feel more optimistic and healthier.

Vishuddha Chakra

  • Visualize or focus on the image of your 5th chakra for 5 minutes or 50 abdominal breathing cycles and say, for example:

“Let the visualization of my Vishuddha chakra draw luck to me in every shape or form / in the following way (describe it).”

  • While you keep focusing on the image of your chakra for 5 minutes or 50 abdominal breathing cycles, visualize luck as a golden globe all around you.
  • Finish this exercise of luck attraction by stating in a firm voice:

“My Vishuddha chakra has now been activated to let luck continuously flow into my life!”

  • Repeat this ritual at least once a week until luck manifests into your life in the specific way you most want it to.

Useful advice

This visualization exercise won’t be enough on its own to draw luck to you, but it will make it happen sooner. You still must play your part by tapping into the creative ideas that will come to your mind in order to make your own luck in the areas you want it to affect you.
