In this dynamic, it can be a case of “training your successor to replace you”. With that in mind, the relationship should probably be one of training the employee to take over in another division or go elsewhere to meet his or her long-term goals.

Capricorn co-workers can get along just fine if they are working in different divisions of the company; otherwise, the competition can get fierce and ruthless.
