Crystals and gems are the precious emotions and tears of the universe. The divine likely saw them as important enough to materialize these tears. Emotions are like colors, and there are many colors and shades of crystals. I could even say that crystals are part of us, an aspect or phase of the divine. We, as humans, are also like crystals. Let me explain why. Today, we are going to dive into couples therapy with crystals. Crystals contain a lot of magic. Directing that energy is the magic we can perform. Keep this in mind when you set the intention for your ritual: What do you desire to achieve? What do you need to manifest together?
Yin and Yang in Crystals
The power of both polarities, which come together to create everything, is also found in crystals. You find polarities such as projective or receptive, hot, cold, physical or spiritual, bright, dark, summer, winter, active or inert. To complete a ritual, it is necessary to achieve a perfect balance between these polarities. Intend to involve the needs of both partners and your connection. If the energy is too projective, forceful, it may become irritable, aggressive, overly analytical, leading to excessive energy in the body. If the energy is too receptive, it can create negative emotions like moodiness, disinterest, or detachment from the physical world. The projective energy corresponds to the conscious mind, air, and fire. The receptive energy governs communication between the conscious and unconscious, represented by earth and water.
Colors of Crystals
Let’s discuss how you can use colors. There are projective and receptive colors. You can also dress in the colors of the crystal or burn incense made from ingredients of that color.

Red: Projective, associated with blood, birth, death, rebirth, healing wounds, and fertility.
Pink: Receptive, relaxes the physical body and mind (also represents Venus), attracts love or strength, and is ideal for group rituals to attract self-love.
Orange: Projective, gentler than red, symbolizing the sun. Best for protective rituals, illumination, awareness, self-worth, and success.
Yellow: Projective, associated with air and rituals involving communication, expression, and heightened visualization. It can also help foresee what awaits you while traveling.
Green: Receptive (Venus, earth, and water), linked to nature, fertility, health protection, and strengthening the eyes, kidneys, and stomach. It is also used for money, plants, luck, and real abundance.
Blue: Receptive, associated with water and Neptune, reduces fevers and inflammation, and is used in bathing rituals.
Purple: Receptive, connected to earth, meditation, and psychic work. Neptune is the protector of spirituality, influencing the head, hair, third eye, and essence of spirituality.
White: Receptive, associated with lactation, protection after dark (night rituals), or birth. It can substitute for all other colors, as well as clear crystals.
Black: Receptive, linked to earth, used for deep protection, self-control, resilience, and quiet power. It can also be used for concealment; place the stone in a box and store it in a dark place.
Multicolors: Bloodstones, tourmaline, and opal. Look at the colors and combine their energies in your imagination.
The shape of crystals can be used for very specific rituals.
Round: Receptive, symbolizes magnetism and the mother goddess, representing the female reproductive system and love spells. To attract money, place small pieces of jade in a square around a round stone (or vice versa) and visualize.
Phallic: Projective, represents electricity. It can be placed on the altar for protection or hung on a door or mirror.
Egg-shaped: Symbolizes creativity and ideas. Place them on the altar to bring fertility to the ritual and imbue the intention inside the egg-shaped crystal.
Square: Represents earth, prosperity, abundance, stability, and grounding.
Heart-shaped: Represents love.
Triangular: Protective.
L-shaped: Symbolizes good fortune, suggesting the conjunction of spirit and physical, making it a midpoint.
Pyramid: Rare, it concentrates and releases energy upwards toward the goal.
Diamond: Represents the precious gem, riches.
Starter Pack
Now, I will share with you a starter pack for nearly any magical need: amber, amethyst, carnelian, garnet, lapis lazuli, peridot, quartz, staurolite, tiger’s eye, and tourmaline. Before any ritual with your partner, you should cleanse your stones if you feel they need it. Place them in sunlight for one to seven days to recharge. Feel them in your hands, place them in water or a river for a few minutes, or bury them in the earth. It depends on the type of crystal and what energies you want to enhance. Take your time to communicate or telepathically connect with them.

The need: You must have an actual need for the ritual, whether it’s a lack, empty space, or critical condition.
The emotion: The involvement and desire set the power free for manifestation.
The knowledge: This includes knowledge about the crystal and how it works.
Here is an example of a successful ritual: To open up to each other, let each partner choose a crystal for the other, selecting what they feel the other needs. Hold the crystal in one hand and touch each other or hold hands with the other. If you wish, you can touch your foreheads to communicate telepathically. Eventually, if it feels right, place the crystal in your hand or hold it on a body part. Feel how the crystal connects with your partner’s essence. Like medicine, the crystal knows exactly where to heal. If it is a magnetic crystal associated with water, you may feel it pulling out negativity. Earth-receptive crystal, like cat’s eye, may pull out physical illnesses or help ground your partner’s energy in the earth. You may repeat the ritual three times or continue until it feels complete. The manifestation should be activated by then.
You need to open up your energy fields to each other, making each other more sensitive to your energies. It’s important to stimulate the area before using the crystal so that it can enter and heal. If you want to replenish your partner’s energy, use your hand as a bridge between you and them. Channel your energy into the crystal and place it on them. This connects a part of you to them.
