The Aquarius employer and the Aquarius employee is a bit more clearly defined because of the power dynamics of their positions. An Aquarius employer wants employees to uphold and share the company philosophy and goals using their individual talents. This can prove to be a great work environment for an Aquarius employee, so long as they believe in the philosophy and goals of the company and the leadership of their Aquarius boss. Otherwise, this can be difficult interaction, with the Aquarius employee out the door rather quickly, either by choice or not.

Aquarius co-workers can get along just fine if they are working with the same goal in mind. This is a social sign, even with all its energy devoted to being unique.
